HireSoFla is a healthcare recruitment company serving Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County in South Florida. We connect healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and other caregivers with healthcare facilities seeking qualified staff.
HireSoFla does not employ candidates directly. Employment relationships, when established, exist between candidates and partner healthcare facilities or between candidates and HireSoFla as a staffing employer, depending on the specific placement arrangement. The nature of each employment relationship will be clarified during the placement process.

Submission of false credentials or misrepresentation of qualifications is grounds for immediate termination of your access to our Services and may result in legal action.

HireSoFla does not charge fees to healthcare candidates. Our Services are provided to candidates free of charge. Any person or entity claiming to charge fees on behalf of HireSoFla is not authorized to do so, and you should report such instances to us immediately.

Any misrepresentation including but not limited to falsifying credentials, employment history, references, or background information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination of services. You acknowledge that healthcare staffing requires strict adherence to credentialing standards, and that providing false information may have serious legal consequences.
HireSoFla makes no guarantee of employment, placement, or specific opportunities. Placement depends on many factors including your qualifications, credential status, market demand, employer needs, and successful credentialing verification. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to match qualified candidates with appropriate opportunities, but we do not warrant or guarantee any specific outcome.
Healthcare facilities and organizations seeking staffing services may submit a Partner Inquiry through our Website. By submitting such an inquiry, you authorize HireSoFla to contact you, discuss your staffing needs, and propose candidates for your consideration.
Specific terms of staffing services, including pricing, replacement guarantees, billing, and contract terms, will be established in a separate written agreement between HireSoFla and each employer client. These Terms of Use do not constitute a staffing services agreement. No staffing services will be provided until a separate written agreement is executed.

Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from HireSoFla regarding your application, opportunities, account information, and other Service-related matters. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Even after unsubscribing, you may still receive transactional emails directly related to your application or active placements.

Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of using our Services, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
