Healthcare professionals fill out our 2-minute Quick Apply form — name, phone, email, role, county. Employers contact us with their staffing needs through the partner inquiry form or a quick call. No long applications, no resume required to get started.

Initial Conversation Within 24 hours

A dedicated HireSoFla recruiter calls you personally — not a chatbot, not a call center. Candidates discuss available positions, preferred shifts, pay, and goals. Employers discuss roles needed, urgency, facility culture, and timeline.

We match candidates to positions based on skills, schedule, location, and culture fit. Employers receive pre-screened candidate profiles — never resume dumps, only people who genuinely fit your needs.

Verify & Prepare in 3-5 business days

We verify licenses, confirm CPR/BLS currency, complete background checks, and validate TB tests. Candidates submit any remaining documents. Employers complete their final interview and approval steps.

    Yes — most candidates are placed within 1-2 weeks. Some start even sooner, especially for per diem or PRN positions. Direct hire placements may take slightly longer (2-3 weeks) depending on facility interview availability.

  • What happens if I’m not the right fit for the first position?

     No problem. Your recruiter stays with you and looks for other opportunities that better match your skills and preferences. You're never stuck — and you never lose your application progress.

  • Do I work directly for HireSoFla or the facility?

    It depends on placement type. For temp/per diem work, you may be employed through HireSoFla. For direct hire placements, you become a direct employee of the facility. Your recruiter explains your specific employment structure before you commit to any position.

  • What if I need to take time off or stop working temporarily?

    Just talk to your recruiter. For per diem and PRN work, you control your schedule entirely. For full-time placements, we coordinate with the facility on your behalf. We're your advocate throughout your career, not just during the hiring process.

  • Is there any cost to apply with HireSoFla?

     No. Healthcare professionals NEVER pay to apply or get placed through HireSoFla. Our services are 100% free for candidates. Employers pay us when placements are made successfully.
