7. Anti-Harassment Policy
HireSoFla maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on any protected characteristic listed in this Statement. 8. Anti-Retaliation Policy
HireSoFla strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who:
Files a complaint of discrimination, harassment, or other unlawful conduct
Participates in an investigation of such a complaint
Opposes practices they reasonably believe to be unlawful
Requests a reasonable accommodation
Exercises any other right protected by federal, state, or local law
Any individual found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to appropriate corrective action, including possible termination of placement or services.
